In the "NIKUVEGE" series, we have successfully replicated the taste and texture of authentic meat dishes without using any animal-derived ingredients. Currently, as commercial products, we offer eight items: "Hamburger Patty," "Petit Burger," "Hamburg," "Tofu Cream in Hamburg," "Soboro," "Ground Soboro," "Raw Soboro," and "Hinoki" (a type of mushroom).
For household use, we sell the following products: frozen "NIKUVEGE Hamburg" in a pack of two, each weighing 60g, "NIKUVEGE Tofu Cream in Hamburg," which can be used directly without the need for rehydration, seasoning, or heating, and "NIKUVEGE Retort Soboro," a ready-to-eat product that requires no coloring agents. These items are available for purchase on Rakuten Ichiba, our e-commerce website, and selected items can be found in stores.
